Half Beef MARCH

We offer half beef at $6.79/lb hanging weight. This is an all-inclusive price including beef, custom processing, and delivery to the Front Range. You pay for exactly what you get without the any surprise processing or delivery charges. Expected hanging weights are ~300lbs per half. The 300lb hanging weight will net a final weight of ~200-215lbs. The break-out of cuts is typically 25% steaks, 35% roasts, ribs, stew, and other cuts, and 40% ground beef.

To order, use the on-line cart system to make a non-refundable $150 deposit. This reserves your order for the next delivery date. You make final payment once we know the exact hanging weight.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as well as cash or check. We always deliver on a Friday, and I update the next delivery date in the title of this post. We have many rendezvous locations.
