We work with Innovative Foods, a small, local, USDA-certified slaughterhouse and butcher facility in Evans, CO. Innovative Foods processes the beef into cuts per our instruction. We organize our delivery dates as close as possible to packaging to ensure our customers receive fresh beef.

We are the only customer Innovative Foods processes on any single day. This ensures there is no contamination from non-sourced cattle during processing. Innovative Foods maintains a clean, professional facility and are subject to USDA inspections.
