Order Sun Prairie Natural Beef through our on-line system! ORDERING: Go to The Meat Market section of the website (see banner at the left), browse our beef selections, and place an order through the on-line cart system. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Supplies are limited.
FRONT RANGE PICK-UP: We meet customers at numerous locations in the Denver, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Broomfield, Boulder Metro, Longmont, Loveland, and Ft Collins. Simply show up at the pick-up location that fits into your life the best. We currently do this FOUR times per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) but are moving to FIVE times a year starting in 2013. You can visit our most recent pick-up schedule in Google Maps to get the idea. We open orders for pick-up weekends about five weeks ahead of time. If you have bought from us recently, we'll send you an e-newsletter and a postcard as a reminder. We post the final pick-up schedule on our front page a week prior to the pick-up weekend. If you are unable to meet us that weekend, let us know and we can make alternative arrangements. If you are a no-show on pick-up weekend, we will UPS your order to you. UPS: We offer UPS ground shipping to the Front Range and beyond. Ground shipping is $13.95 per 25lb box. We sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING as an incentive to sell more beef. Note that we only ship to states within two-day ground delivery. These are CO, NM, AZ, WY, KS, NE, UT, ID, NV, MT, and parts of OK and TX. SUBSTITUTIONS: We offer substitutions through the on-line cart system. You can substitute our family's farm sausage (brats or bulk), stew meat and/or numerous roasts for no additional charge. You can substitute 4lb briskets for an additional charge. You can choose multiple options for a single order. We will pull out 1lb ground beef for each pound substitution. If you want to substitute for something else, let us know by writing your request in the text box just prior to confirming your order. You may have some other substitution in mind. We consider all reasonable substitutions. The best way is to place an order of the box that closest suits your needs and then add your requested substitutions in the comments box just prior to confirming the order. Be explicit. For example, write "I would like to substitute 2lbs of burger for 2lbs of rib steaks." I will okay the substitutions, offer an alternative, and/or have an appropriate price quote for you.

These are other delivery options that we rarely use... DENVER PICK-UP OPTION (whenever we fit it in our schedule): We sometimes organize a single site rendezvous in Denver. Unlike the Front Range Pick-ups (see below), these are typically not scheduled weeks in advance. The Denver pick-up location is 3354 High St. Look on the front page for specific date/time. PICK-UP IN YUMA: Traveling to or live in the High Plains? Picking up in Yuma may be an option for you. The beef is kept at 5056 Old Post Rd Yuma CO. First, place your order on-line.
