I've already mentioned how much I like the sausage you and your Dad make. And I'm not going to lie: I mostly just cook it up plain and eat it straight out of the pan. --And it's delicious like that, even when I carelessly overcook it. But tonight, I went fancy and layered it with leeks in the bottom of a quiche and it was darn terrific that way, too. You guys are the best. -Susan
